To preserve the plush texture and structural silhouette of your VELA Studio gilet:   

  • Routine Maintenance:Lightly brush the faux fur with a soft-bristle clothes brush in the natural direction of the pile to restore loft and shine.   Store on a broad, padded coat hanger in a cool, dry place to maintain collar and shoulder structure.   
  • Washing & Cleaning:Professional Dry Clean Recommended: For best results, specialized green/eco dry cleaning is recommended.Spot Clean: Dampen a clean microfiber cloth with cold water and mild detergent; gently dab localized spots without rubbing the pile.
  • Drying & Heat Warnings:Air Dry Only: Do not tumble dry, blow-dry, or expose to high direct heat. Keep away from radiators or open flames.Do Not Iron or Steam Directly: High heat will damage the synthetic fibers of faux fur. To release creases, hang in a steamy bathroom away from direct water spray.
